The Soho Farmhouse grounds are largely vehicle-free, apart from its vintage milk floats. This makes it important for external suppliers carrying professional equipment to confirm access, unloading and the exact event location in advance. (Soho House)

When Should the Photo Booth Open?

For an evening event, the best time is usually after dinner, speeches or formal presentations.

At a wedding, this is often around the first dance or when evening guests arrive.

At a company event, the booth might open during the drinks reception, after an awards presentation or once the formal business content has finished.

For many parties, three hours is enough to cover the busiest part of the evening. Four or five hours may suit a larger guest list, festival or event where people arrive at different times.

Opening too early can leave the booth unused while guests are eating. A later start concentrates the entertainment into the most sociable part of the event.
