Have you set up a photo booth at Hedsor House before?

Yes. We’re familiar with the flow of Hedsor House events and we’ll help you choose the best spot for your booth on the day so it looks great and doesn’t interrupt the evening.

How much space do you need at Hedsor House?

We usually need around 2.5m x 2.5m for a full setup with backdrop. If space is tighter, we can adapt the setup and recommend the best option.

When do you arrive to set up? Does this reduce our hire time?

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the booth start time to set up and test everything. This does not come out of your hire time.

What’s included in your Hedsor House photo booth hire?

Delivery, setup, a friendly attendant, unlimited prints, a backdrop of choice, curated props (or prop-free if you prefer), a custom print design, and an online gallery after the event.

Do guests get more than one print?

Yes. We print unlimited copies, which means one for a guest book and one for each guest in the picture, to take home.

Can we have a classy, “editorial” look (black & white / no props)?

Yes. If you want a clean, modern look at Hedsor House, we can run the booth prop-free and offer a black & white style setup.

Which booth is best for Hedsor House — Icon or Retro?

For Hedsor House, we recommend The Icon or The Retro.

The Icon is ideal if you want the most interactive experience, with flexible print options and premium customisation.

The Retro is perfect if you want a timeless, studio-quality look with a clean, classic setup.

How does booking work?

Choose your booth and package, secure the date with a deposit, then about a month before your event we’ll send a short form to confirm logistics, backdrop choice, and print design preferences.
