Have you set up at STONE Barn before?

Yes. We know Stone Barn well and are familiar with the layout, lighting, and best areas for setting up a photo booth without disrupting the flow of the evening.

Where is the best place for the photo booth at Stone Barn?

The photo booth is most often set up under the fairy light ceiling on the upper side of the venue, as shown in the photos above. It can also be positioned by the stone wall, depending on the layout of your day and the flow of guests.

Which photo booth works best at Stone Barn?

Both our Icon and Retro booths work beautifully at Stone Barn. The Icon is ideal if you want instant sharing and a highly interactive experience, while the Retro is perfect for classic, studio-quality prints.

How much space is needed for the photo booth?

We typically need around 2.5m x 2.5m of space. Stone Barn has plenty of suitable areas, and we’re very flexible with positioning.

What’s included in your STONE Barn photo booth hire?

Delivery, setup and pack-down, a friendly on-site attendant, unlimited prints, a backdrop of your choice, curated props (or prop-free for a classic look), a custom print design, and an online gallery after the event. A fantastic experience altogether! 

When do you arrive to set up the booth?

We usually arrive 60–90 minutes before the booth start time. Setup is discreet and does not come out of your hire period.
