How quickly do you reply?

Anytime within 1-12 hours/ Mon–Sunday

Where do you cover?

We’re based in the north of the Cotswolds and cover the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire (travel included). We also regularly work in Bristol and Bath. For larger events, we can travel further, including London. Events outside our main area may have a small travel fee.

How do I secure my date?


To secure your date we take a 50% deposit and arrange the booking paperwork. The remaining balance is due closer to the event.

How much space do you need?

A space of around 2.5m x 2.5m works perfectly. If your venue is tight on space, tell us where you’re getting married/hosting and we’ll suggest the best setup.

Do you offer custom prints or branding?

Yes. Every booking includes a custom print design to match your theme or brand, with mockups shared in advance.

What info should I include in my inquiry?

Please include your event date, venue (or town), start time, approximate guest count, and which booth you’re interested in (The Icon, The Retro, or the Selfie Pod).

When do you collect final details?


To best organise for your event, we’ll send you a short form about one month before to confirm logistics and preferences, including your backdrop choice and print design details.

Which booth should I choose?

If you want the most interactive option with instant sharing (and the option for guests to choose print style on the spot), choose The Icon.
If you want a beautiful, classic booth experience with studio-quality photos, choose The Retro.
If you want a compact, budget-friendly self-service option, choose the Selfie Pod.
