How much space do you need?

We usually need around 2.5m x 2.5m. Our open-air booths are flexible and fit comfortably at Ivy Lodge.

Which photo booth works best at Ivy Lodge?

The Icon offers instant sharing and more interaction, while The Retro delivers a classic, studio-quality look. Both work perfectly well here. 

What’s included in your packages?

All packages include setup, an attendant, unlimited prints, custom print design, a backdrop, and an online gallery.

Can the prints be personalised?

Yes. Every print is custom designed with your names, date, and wedding style/theme. The sky is the limit for how your prints can be.

Do you offer black & white glam photos?

Yes. We offer elegant black & white options, including a glamour-style look that suits Ivy Lodge perfectly.

Where do you usually setup the photo booth?

There's 2 locations we usually setup in, so you get to choose which.

Booking is simple.

Booking & Setup at Ivy Lodge by Yard Space

Get in touch with your date and event type.
Choose your booth — Icon or Retro.
A 50% deposit secures your date.

Around one month before your event, we’ll send a short form to confirm final details.
On the day, we arrive 60-90 min before booking time and set everything up.

We know Ivy Lodge well and work closely with the venue team.
The booth is usually placed near the bar or dance floor, where guests naturally gather.

Smooth, organised, and stress-free.
