Space, power, and where we usually set up at Elmore Court

Most Elmore Court setups work best near the evening reception area, close enough to the atmosphere that guests naturally flow to it — but far enough that it doesn’t block the bar, dance floor, or doorways.

  • Space needed: usually 2.5m x 2.5m with a full backdrop setup
  • Sequins backdrop option: can work in 2m x 2m
  • Minimal setup: even smaller if you want no backdrop and no props
  • Power: one standard plug socket 
  • Setup time: we typically arrive 60 minutes before your start time to set up and test (this does not reduce your hire time)
  • Timing guidance: Best time to start is right after the first dance or when the evening party officially starts. It keeps energy high and gives everyone plenty of time to use it.

How much space do you need at Elmore Court?

We usually need 2.5m x 2.5m with a full backdrop setup. If you choose a sequins backdrop, we can often work within 2m x 2m. If you want a minimal setup (no backdrop/props), we can fit into less.

When do you set up? Will it reduce our hire time?

We typically arrive 60 minutes before your start time to set up and test. This does not reduce your booked hire time.

What do guests receive — prints, digital, or both?

Guests receive instant prints during the event. Digital options are available depending on the booth style (the Icon has the most interactive sharing options).

Do you provide a guest book?

Yes. You can add a guest book, and we print duplicate copies so one goes in the book and one goes to the guest.

Can we customise the print design to match our Elmore Court wedding?

Yes. We design the print to match your style (names, date, colours, clean layout). We send a mock-up before the event.

Can we go prop-free for a classy look?

Absolutely. Many Elmore Court couples choose a clean, editorial look with no props. We’ll tailor the setup to your preference.

Do you work with the Elmore Court team on logistics?

Yes. We keep it simple. We coordinate access, timing, and placement so it fits smoothly around your schedule.

Is travel included?

Travel is included within our usual service area across the Cotswolds and surrounding counties. If your event is further out, we’ll confirm any small travel fee upfront.
